ODIHR final report on 2020 Kyrgyzstan parliamentary elections

This report presents a general overview of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), its main activities and latest news as of 30 November 2020.

The Note raises key issues and provides indications of areas that often cause concern. The Note also highlights, as appropriate, good practices from other OSCE participating States.
