The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1475 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1476 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Serbia. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1477 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Skopje. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1478 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan. Ongoing crimes by the Kiev regime and dangerous policies of the Western alliance to exacerbate tensions. Human Rights Day and the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, observed and celebrated on 10 December 2023.

This Follow-up Assessment examines the legislative process in Uzbekistan as a follow up to the Preliminary Assessment of the Legislative Process in Uzbekistan published in 2019, to reflect the latest legislative changes to the normative framework governing lawmaking in the country up until 31 August 2023, including the recent constitutional reform. The Assessment is a joint effort of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan.
