This study focuses on disciplinary accountability of judges in Serbia. It t provides an overview of international standards in this area, deals with the legal framework of disciplinary accountability of judges in Serbia, analyses the practices in establishing the disciplinary accountability of judges, and outlines the specific recommendations for improving the legal practice in the field of disciplinary accountability of judges in Serbia.
