Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Luxembourg-European Union, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, Switzerland and Mongolia condemned the recent terrorist attack in Suruç, Turkey, and extended condolences to the families of the victims. The representative of Turkey thanked the speakers for their statements and for their expressions of sympathy. The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 4/15 on the OSCE’s role in support of United Nations Security Council resolution 1540 (2004) (Spain, Annex 1).
