Between April and June 2025, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, in partnership with the Centre for Digitalization of the Transport Sector under Tajikistan’s Ministry of Transport (MoT), organized a series of practical training sessions on the “Kartateka” digital platform. A total of 105 Ministry staff members (34 women and 71 men) from across Tajikistan, including Dushanbe, Hissor, Bokhtar, Garm, Khujand, and Khorog, participated in the training programme.

On 26 and 27 May 2025, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, in co-operation with the Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan, supported a series of high-level events dedicated to enhancing transport connectivity and trade facilitation across Central Asia. The three events included the Expert Group Meeting on Regional Co-operation for Transport Connectivity Simplification in Central Asia, the Second High-Level Working Group on the TUTIT (Tajikistan–Uzbekistan–Turkmenistan–Iran–Türkiye) Multimodal Corridor Digital Connectivity, and the Working Group on e-TIR Implementation in Central Asia.

On 20 May 2025, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe hosted the second quarterly meeting of the Working Group on Macro, Private and Financial Sector Development and Regional Trade Facilitation. The Working Group is part of the Development Co-ordination Council, the main co-ordination body streamlining the work of the international community in Tajikistan.

On 6 February 2025, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, which is currently chairing the Development Coordination Council Working Group on Macro, Private, and Financial Sector Development and Regional Trade Facilitation, hosted its first quarterly meeting.

From 13 to 14 September, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) arranged a two-day training on the basics of international trade and logistics for the representatives of line ministries and agencies. The event aimed at promoting a better understanding of the policies and regulations governing international trade with a focus on geographically landlocked countries, which includes Tajikistan.

Acting Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, Tea Jaliashvili met the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Muzaffar Huseynzoda on 12 August 2022 to discuss areas of co-operation.

A conference reviewing the implementation status of Tajikistan’s anti-corruption strategy for 2013–2020 and introducing the new national anti-corruption strategy for 2021–2030, was held on 27 October 2021 in Dushanbe with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe.
