Parliamentary Elections, 21 January 2007
- Following the recommendation of a needs assessment mission conducted in November 2006, ODIHR deployed a long-term election observation mission on 17 December 2006 consisting of 12 experts and 16 long-term observers based in the capital and eight regional centers. The mission was headed by Ambassador Geert-Hinrich Ahrens of Germany.

- In response to an invitation from the Speaker of the Serbian National Assembly, the OSCE/ODIHR observed the 13 June 2004 presidential elections in Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro).

Parliamentary Elections, 28 December 2003
- The OSCE/ODIHR long-term Election Observation Mission for the 28 December parliamentary elections was established for the period from 27 November 2003 to 3 January 2004 and consisted of 24 election experts based in Belgrade and five regional centres, including in Kosovo.

Presidential Election, 16 November 2003
- The 2003 presidential elections were observed by an International Election Observation Mission formed by the OSCE/ODIHR and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE) of the Council of Europe. The OSCE/ODIHR long-term Election Observation Mission (EOM) was established for the period from 20 October to 22 November 2003.

Presidential Election, 29 September, 13 October and 8 December 2002
- The presidential elections were monitored by two International Election Observation Missions formed by OSCE/ODIHR and Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The OSCE/ODIHR long-term Election Observation Mission (EOM) for the September/October election was established for the period from 2 September to 18 October. The EOM for the December election ran from 11 November to 13 December.
