Parliamentary Elections, 6 April 2014, Hungary
- Following an official invitation, and based on the findings and conclusions of an OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission undertaken from 20 to 23 January, the OSCE/ODIHR has deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) to observe the 6 April parliamentary elections.

Observation of Early Parliamentary Elections in Serbia, 16 March 2014, Serbia
- Following an official invitation from the authorities of the Republic of Serbia and in accordance with its mandate the OSCE/ODIHR deployed a limited election observation mission (LEOM) to observe the 16 March 2014 early parliamentary elections.

Federal Elections, 25 May 2014, Belgium
- On 30 January 2014, the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the OSCE invited the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) to observe the 25 May federal parliamentary elections. In accordance with its mandate, the OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Brussels from 3 to 6 March. The NAM included Richard Lappin, OSCE/ODIHR Senior Election Adviser, and Alexey Gromov, OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser.

Presidential Election, 11 May 2014, Lithuania
- On 7 January 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania invited the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) to observe the 11 May presidential election. In accordance with its mandate, the OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Vilnius from 11 to 13 February. The NAM included Richard Lappin, OSCE/ODIHR Senior Election Adviser, and Alexey Gromov, OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser.
