Federal Elections, 23 October 2011, Switzerland
- Following an official invitation from the Delegation of Switzerland to the OSCE, and based on the findings and conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission, OSCE/ODIHR deployed an Election Assessment Mission (EAM) to the 23 October 2011 federal elections.

Presidential and Municipal Elections, 23 October 2011, Bulgaria
- Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria to the OSCE, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) on 28 September deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) for the 23 October 2011 presidential and municipal elections in Bulgaria.

Parliamentary Elections, 9 October 2011, Poland
- In line with OSCE commitments, the Permanent Mission of Poland to the OSCE invited the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) to observe the 9 October parliamentary elections. Based on the recommendation of a Needs Assessment Mission, the OSCE/ODIHR deployed an Election Assessment Mission (EAM) for these elections.

Early Parliamentary Elections, 17 September 2011, Latvia
- On 4 August 2011, in accordance with OSCE commitments, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Latvia to the OSCE invited ODIHR to observe the 17 September early parliamentary (Saeima) elections. In accordance with its mandate, ODIHR deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) for these elections.

General Elections, 15 September 2011, Denmark
- Following an invitation from the government of Denmark to observe the 15 September general elections, OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Denmark from 24 to 26 August. The NAM did not recommend deploying an election-related activity for the elections.
