OSCE Office announces contest for reporting on human trafficking
BAKU, 24 May 2013 - The OSCE Office in Baku is pleased to announce a contest for media reports highlighting the problems of human trafficking and forced labour in Azerbaijan. An evaluation committee comprising international organization and media representative will award prizes for the best reports produced from January 2012 to August 2013 in the following three categories: sexual exploitation, forced labour and child exploitation in Azerbaijan
The deadline for entries is 31 August 2013. The results will be announced in September 2013.
The competition is open to media representatives only. The authors of the winning articles will receive a cash prize of 1000 AZN.
This contest is part of a project to support efforts against human trafficking and forced labour, implemented with the financial support of the USAID Azerbaijan.
