The Political Party Registration Office took on the task of conducting an audit of all registered Political Parties. Political Parties were asked to disclose financial information on their 2002 and 2003 operations.

The purpose of the report is to draw the attention of the politicians, the civil society and broader public to the concerns of the people in Kosovo and to encourage politicians to respond to the demands of their electorate and take responsibilities.

This report aims at highlighting local issues and drawing attention to the electorate's view. But, more specifically, to draw the attention of Kosovo's political candidates to the electorate's view.
