The Local Youth Councils of Kichevo, Bitola and Centar municipalities participated in the second OSCE Mission to Skopje-supported capacity building seminar that took place from 25 - 27 October 2015 in Ohrid.
The seminar, as part of the Supporting Youth Police Institutions and Structures project, focused on fundraising skills and possibilities aiming at enabling the Councils to master effective implementation of their strategic objectives.
The project aims to assist key national governmental and municipal authorities, youth structures and civil society organizations in creating applicable youth policies at local and central level and build up sustainable co-operation on issues related to youth participation and youth work.
