OSCE Mission to Skopje facilitates training in Ankara on techniques for investigating organized crime
The OSCE Mission to Skopje in co-operation with the Turkish National Police will train ten police officers from Skopje at the Turkish Academy against Drugs and Organized Crime (TADOC) in Ankara, Turkey from 4 to 8 May 2015, on techniques for investigating organized crime.
This practical training activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the participants in intelligence-led policing while strengthening their capacities in detecting and suppressing organized crimes.
During the five-day training, the police officers will also analyze organized crime investigations and operations, the effective use of data and sources, and the application of appropriate investigative techniques.
The participants will also benefit from a visit to the Mobile Electronic System Integration Centre (MOBESE), a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)-integrated system widely used in the Turkish capital.
