This training is a one-week capacity building programme on women’s economic empowerment in Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan. It aims to support women entrepreneurs in successfully developing and managing their small and medium-sized enterprises and small handicraft, jewellery and textile businesses by strengthening their business management and product development skills, improving their professional network, and broadening their market possibilities.
Contributing to women’s economic empowerment cannot only help women engage in and benefit from economic activities, but can also help alleviate poverty and significantly contribute to sustainable economic growth, democratic development, inclusion, security and peace in the OSCE region.
The training programme will include 3 days of training and 2 days of enterprise and factory visits.
All documents from the event will be available on this conference website.
