This toolbox is created to support the integration of youth perspectives in a systematic and practical manner, strengthening the democratic principle OSCE Mission to Serbia is nurturing: “nothing about youth, without youth”. Guidelines for youth mainstreaming contains practical tools for everyday operationalization of youth inclusion principle. In addition to theoretical framework on youth policies, it’s content is divided in three modes: Enthusiast, Hero and All-star, representing different layers of possible interventions throughout project cycle management and on a strategic level.
