The Manual for Local Youth Councils, prepared in close partnership with the Agency for Youth and Sport, is a practical and valuable tool for both municipal officials and young people regarding their engagement in the Local Youth Councils. It aims to encourage local youth participation in these bodies in compliance with the Law on Youth Participation and Youth Policies. The Manual contains practical steps how to establish Local Youth Council, roles and responsibilities for both municipal officials and youth council members and the handover process between the outgoing and incoming leadership. It was prepared in Macedonian language and translated into English, Albanian, Turkish, Serbian and Romani languages.

These present guiding principles are intended for use by state authorities and civil society bodies, as well as inter-governmental organizations in the OSCE region involved in developing, applying, evaluating and reforming national laws, policies and practices related to trafficking, in particular to the return of trafficked persons. They provide the target audience with guidance that can be used to direct policies, procedures and practices on the return process, as well as an overview of relevant international standards. The guiding principles can also serve as an advocacy tool for civil society organizations that support a rights-based approach to combating trafficking.
Community Rights Assessment Report- 5th Edition

The Community Rights Assessment Report assesses the situation of community rights and progress made by Kosovo institutions in respect to the 2017 Opinion of Council of Europe’s Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities (FCNM) Advisory Committee, in the areas of inter-community dialogue, security and justice, language, education, returns, socio-economic rights, culture and media. Significant developments since June 2015, when the fourth reporting period ended, are included in the current edition. Finally, the report provides a set of conclusions on the progress in promoting and protecting the rights of communities’ members in Kosovo, in line with the FCNM obligations.
