This publication is intended to help NGOs in conducting trial monitoring aimed at increasing public awareness about the functioning of the judicial system. It contains examples of foreign experience in application of this diagnostic tool. On the basis of methods developed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, and with due consideration of Ukrainian realities, the edition provides advice on organization of trail monitoring, its implementation in Ukraine and advocacy of the results. The publication also contains a sample of a monitoring questionnaire and an example of a filled questionnaire. List of recommended references will help to better understand the problematics of the mechanism of monitoring and evaluation of the functioning of judicial system. This Guide contains a brief overview of the system of state guaranteed legal aid in Moldova and defines the potential role of law students in this system. It outlines steps to be followed when interacting with beneficiaries of primary legal aid, as well as a number of certain administrative and logistical procedures. The guide on organizations which provide social services to children and their families was developed by the Children's Support Centre with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. It is based on mapping of all social services in the country and includes information on 236 public organizations, 23 foundations, 3 associations and 10 services provided by 8 church units. It is available only in Armenian.

Legal framework in Kosovo provides equal opportunities for men and women in a wide range of property and housing related issues. In practice, challenges with implementing the laws and social norms that tend to favor men infringe upon women’s ability to equally enjoy their rights in this regard. This guide is designed for women who are interested in learning more about their own property and housing-related rights, and civil society organizations and municipal bodies to guide them in the provision of support and services to women on property and housing rights. It is also a tool aimed to inform both women and men on these issues and to provide a comprehensive mapping and contact details of main stakeholders at the municipal level where they can direct their questions and concerns.
