Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Deteriorating situation in Ukraine and continued non-implementation by the Ukrainian authorities of the Minsk agreements. Gender equality and International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, observed on 25 November 2021. Russia’s unjustified attacks on Memorial International and the deteriorating human rights environment in Russia.
