OSCE Programme Office in Kyrgyzstan helps build capacity of parliamentary staff

On 27 and 28 May, thirty civil servants of the administration of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan underwent the first training course in a series of capacity-building exercises in Bishkek. The training course aims to further develop analytical skills that are essential in collecting, processing, and conducting analysis of strategic documents and reports for policy formulation.
