Ukraine: Urgent Joint Opinion on the Draft law on Local Referendum
The joint opinion was prepared by the European Commission For Democracy Through Law (Venice Commission) and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
This joint opinion deals with the conformity of the Draft law with international standards, in particular with the Revised Guidelines on the Holding of Referendums (CDL-AD(2020)031) as well as the 1990 OSCE Copenhagen Document.
