Joint Opinion on the Legal Framework Governing the Freedom of Peaceful Assembly in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in its Two Entities and in Brčko District
This Joint Opinion was prepared by the Council of Europe's Venice Commission and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) following a request from the Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee). The Joint Opinion was adopted by the Venice Commission at its 121st Plenary Session (6-7 December 2019).
