Who we are
The Observer Mission will be headed by a Chief Observer appointed by the Chairperson in Office. 20 civilian monitors, including the Chief Observer, will operate on a shift basis to ensure cover 24 hours a day, seven days a week, supported by a small logistical and administrative support team.
