VIENNA, 17 October 1996 - On Thursday, 17 October, the Head of the OSCE Assistance Group to Chechnya, Ambassador Tim Guldimann, will be in Vienna to address the Permanent Council of the OSCE.
He will hold a press briefing on the situation in Chechnya directly following the press meeting with Foreign Minister Petersen.
