OSCE further supports Constitutional Court of Montenegro

The head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Ambassador Maryse Daviet, and the programme manager of the mission’s rule of law and human rights programme, Robert Kucharski, met with the president of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, Dragoljub Draskovic, on 15 March 2017 in Podgorica.

During the meeting, Ambassador Daviet highlighted that the Mission will continue to support the Constitutional Court as a key institution in the areas of common interest related to the protection of rule of law and human rights.

President Draskovic informed Ambassador Daviet about the jurisdiction and role of the Constitutional Court in the constitutional and legal system and expressed appreciation for the substantial support provided by the OSCE Mission in the past.
