Young Women Driving Change Through Girls’ Talks
Empowering young women is key to building a more equal and inclusive future. To highlight their vital role in leadership, policymaking, and media literacy, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo held the 7th edition of its Girls’ Talks programme.
Bringing together 24 young women from diverse communities, the programme featured interactive workshops, mentoring, and coaching from guest speakers and Dialogue Academy alumnae. Participants explored education as a powerful tool for empowerment, shared experiences, and developed practical skills to design and implement small-scale community initiatives.
By helping turn ideas into actionable projects and emphasizing collaboration and mentorship, Girls’ Talks inspires the next generation of young women to lead change in their communities.
