The OSCE Mission in Kosovo concluded its 5th edition of the Local Dialogue Academy (LDA) for Young Women, which brings together women from across Kosovo belonging to different communities.

Over the course of five days, they were part of team-building exercises, peer-to-peer coaching and interactive training on topics such as gender equality, public participation and policy-making processes. Dialogue Academy (DA) alumnae were engaged as trainers, with the aim to further transfer the values and knowledge they gained at the DA to their younger peers.

The LDA programme focused on confidence building, networking among young women and learning practical skills for implementing small-scale initiatives at community level. Guest speakers of different expertise attended the programme and had fruitful discussions and activities with the participants.
