OSCE Mission in Kosovo Programmatic Priorities for 2004
The Mission in Kosovo will continue to play its full part in institution-building. A sustainable Kosovo must have institutions capable of meeting their domestic and international obligations, including the requirements of Kosovo Standards Implementation.
