Online media instrumental for exercising right to freedom of expression, says OSCE media freedom representative
The increasing importance of online media is one of the topics to be discussed at a master class in online media regulation in Istanbul opening on 17 April 2013. The event is hosted by the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Dunja Mijatović.
