Training on the new waste management billing system will be held for micro-district heads, municipal services, neighborhood committees, and local citizens.
Specialists will introduce the main principles and tools of the billing system. Participants will get acquainted with billing system practices and adjustments for the conditions in Naryn.
The event is part of a project supported by the OSCE Centre in Bishkek to provide assistance to municipal services in Naryn.
