New Spokesman for OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, 3 August 2000 - The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomes its new spokesman, Luke Zahner.
Mr. Zahner has extensive press and media experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has been with the OSCE since 1996. His first posting was as press and media development officer in the (now former) OSCE Regional Centre in Bihac. He later served in a variety of positions in the Mission's Head Office in Sarajevo, including deputy spokesman and special adviser to the Head of Mission. Last year he left Bosnia to advise the Norwegian Chairmanship of the OSCE on planning for the OSCE's Mission in Kosovo.
Mr. Zahner will be making introductory visits to BiH media in the coming weeks.
