OSCE roundtable looks at development of leasing activities in Kazakhstan

ALMATY, 3 September 2002 - An OSCE roundtable in Almaty today will discuss the status of leasing activities in Kazakhstan and to make recommendations for improving of leasing procedures in the country.
The roundtable on "Development of Leasing Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" is organized by the OSCE Centre in Almaty in close co-operation with the Kazakhstani Leasing Association and the CIS Leasing Confederation.
Representatives from governmental, non-governmental and private sectors of Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and international organizations are invited to take part in the exercise, which will take place in the Academy of Science. The working language of the event is Russian.
