The to-be-signed memorandum of understanding between the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the Central Electoral Commission envisages long-term co-operation and support in promoting efficient election administration, facilitation of technical, educational and informational support for the upcoming parliamentary elections in 2012, and the presidential elections in 2013.
