Interpretations of Armenian Cassation Court decisions
The publication designed by the Association of Judges in partnership with the Cassation Court with the support from the OSCE Office in Yerevan comprises legal reviews, analysis, and interpretations of selected decisions of the Armenian Cassation Court. It provides a detailed analysis of 30 decisions on most controversial criminal cases relating to human rights issues. Not available in English.
