International symposium to discuss implementation and reform of Criminal Code of Ukraine

Organized by
Scientists and practitioners from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Serbia, Moldova and the USA will gather near Lviv, Western Ukraine, to discuss current theoretical and practical problems of criminalization and decriminalization, ways and means to improve the criminal justice legislation in Ukraine in order to bring it in conformity with OSCE commitments and European standards.
This event is conducted in co-operation with the Parliament of Ukraine and the Lviv State University of the Interior as part of a PCU project aimed at fostering human rights and the rule of law in lawmaking practices of Ukraine.
