On 8-9 December 2010, the OSCE Office in Tajikistan and OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights co-organized a two-day program of dialogue with Tajik stakeolders on the OSCE/ODIHR Final Election Observation Mission Report, guidelines on political party legislation and measures to expand participation of women and youth in political life. Representatives of the Women's Resource Centres brought the experience of the February 2010 voter education campaign to this forum.
