This training workshop is aimed at sales people from print media, including Danas, Vreme, the Local Press Association, Grad (Krusevac), GM Press (Gornji Milanovac) and Pancevac (Pancevo).
It will deal with topics such as databases, target groups, market and audience research, sales as a process (AIDA model), the seven steps in sales, body language and essential communication skills (establishing rapport, gaining confidence, persuasion, negotiations, "closing", answering objections, pitching). It will also focus on applying these skills in practice.
