This new OSCE-publication covers the problem of youth and football violence in Serbia. It's making was supported by the Police Academy and the Interior Ministry of Serbia. It is based on a survey conducted in 25 secondary schools throughout Serbia on a sample of 3662 pupils. The survey addressed issues of football hooliganism, awareness of young people, involvement in fan groups, delinquent behaviour, alcohol and drugs abuse, and linkages to racism. This publication is produced only in Serbian. The English version is a courtesy translation.

This guidance note on Integrating a Gender Perspective into Internal Oversight within Armed Forces, developed by OSCE/ODIHR, DCAF and the OSCE Gender Section, is a practical resource for militaries, and for those who manage and support them. It can help an armed forces move beyond a policy commitment to integrate gender ̶ by designating responsibilities, by monitoring how gender issues are addressed in human resource management and in operations, and by strengthening responses to misconduct.

This 2014 Reference Manual is a first publication which contains all OSCE Economic and Environmental Dimension-related decisions adopted during OSCE Summits, Ministerial Council and relevant Permanent Council meetings. It primarily targets the delegations of the OSCE participating States to serve as a useful tool during their deliberations.

A factsheet explaining the work of the OSCE/ODIHR in assisting OSCE participating States to advance a system of government where institutions function according to democratic processes and norms through support to parliaments and civil society, and assistance developing multi-party political landscapes.
