RTCG Brand Strength Research was conducted by the Public Opinion Research Agency DAMAR PLUS during June 2022. The primary goal of the research is to obtain relevant information about the public awareness of the national public service broadcaster – Radio Television Montenegro (RTCG) brand and perceptions of its program.

This document is an overview of the application of national legislation in the area of countering hate speech. The study reflects general trends and focuses on the most prominent signs of hate speech. The document provides description of specific lawsuits related to manifestations of hate speech, examples of evaluations on controversial journalistic materials by media self-regulatory organizations and provides recommendations on effective response to instances of hate speech at the legislative level. The study was carried out within the Project "Supporting Conflict-Sensitive Journalism in Ukraine", implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. The conclusions and views expressed in the report are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official position of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.

The publication prepared by the Europe in Law Association NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan analyses the compliance of the judicial acts of Armenian courts with the freedom of expression standards set by international law, including the European Convention of Human Rights and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.

The OSCE Mission to Serbia-supported research investigates which programs of digital competences are being developed and initiated in Serbia within the formal and informal education and offers a set of recommendations for public policy.

The Handbook prepared by the Journalists for the Future NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan refers to the international principles of the Internet governance, rights of personal and family life in cyberspace, legal side of cybercrimes, international cyber attacks and wiretapping, as well as, the legislative and legal situation of Russian domains. It also includes the results of the survey on the "Protection of Online Security Rules in Armenia" conducted among 50 media and civil society representatives of Armenia. The publication is available only in Armenian.

This Handbook is intended as a practical tool to help NGOs collect reliable information through the monitoring of public gatherings.

These rules are to enable meaningful, well-argued and entertaining debate that contributes to the discussion on the topic raised by articles, while respecting the dignity of all participants. These rules are set forth with the aim to protect users and media outlets from breaching legal and ethical norms.
