This set of recommendations was prepared by the River Basin Council under the co-ordination of the International Hydrological Program Organization Association. The OSCE Office in Baku edited, translated and published the recommendations. The guidebook was prepared by the Environment and Security Initiative as a useful source for the best practices and policies for sustainable mining and closure of mines. It was translated and published into Armenian with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan.

This multimedia guide, on the code of conduct for local officials in Serbia, was produced by the OSCE Mission to Serbia. It consists of a documentary that presents the principles of the code of conduct, and the examples of best practices in monitoring public ethical standards, and mechanisms for improving public accountability at the local level.

The guide was prepared and shared with participants of the Syunik Investment Forum on 11-13 November 2013 organized by the OSCE programme implementation presence in Kapan (Syunik) and the local administration. Markets for Meghri, World Vision Armenia, Kapan Area Development Foundation and Kapan Municipality also contributed to the guide development.

This second revised edition of the procurement guidance is a key document facilitating the implementation of anti-trafficking measures in OSCE’s own procurement across its executive structures and aligning the OSCE’s mandates with its processes. The guidance aims to support procurement and anti-trafficking staff in the OSCE with the background knowledge to implement anti-trafficking measures in procurement activities alongside training workshops, procurement risk analyses, and local action plans. Preventing trafficking and labour exploitation in supply chains is no easy task. By following these steps, the OSCE is developing further expertise and is supporting OSCE participating States and the international community in their ongoing efforts to prevent trafficking for forced labour in their supply chains.

These Guidelines were jointly prepared by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) and by the Council of Europe’s Venice Commission and adopted by the Venice Commission at its 125th online Plenary Session (11–12 December 2020).
