During the ongoing war, a number of Ukraine’s industrial facilities appeared in the epicenter of military action. This brought the need for an effective chemical security response to a new level. As appropriate action after a chemical emergency can save lives, the training of the rescue personnel is key. The video pictures practical exercises, organized by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in Kharkiv on 13 October 2021.
