Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Latvia-European Union, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Armenia and the Holy See extended condolences to Georgia in connection with the recent flooding in Tbilisi. Georgia thanked delegations for their expressions of condolences. Report by the Representative on Freedom of the Media, Ms. Dunja Mijatović. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1171 on the agenda and organizational modalities of the 2015 Annual Security Review Conference (ASRC) (Latvia-European Union, interpretative statement 1; Moldova, interpretative statement 2; United States of America, interpretative statement 3; Ukraine, interpretative statement 4; Georgia, interpretative statement 5; Russian Federation, Annex 1). The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1172 on the extension of the deployment of OSCE observers to two Russian checkpoints on the Russian-Ukrainian border (United States of America, interpretative statement 1; Ukraine, interpretative statement 2; Latvia-European Union, interpretative statement 3; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 4). The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1173 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (United States of America, interpretative statement 1; Canada, interpretative statement 2; Turkey, interpretative statement 3; Latvia-European Union, interpretative statement 4; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 5; Ukraine, interpretative statement 6). Torres, former Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office for Article IV of Annex 1-B of the Dayton Peace Accords (Croatia (also on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia, Annex 1). Situation in and around Ukraine. Regional seminar on mine clearance, held in Minsk from 9 to 11 June 2015. United States of America’s 2014 Department of State report entitled “Adherence to and compliance with arms control, non-proliferation, and disarmament agreements and commitments”.
