Toolkit for judges: Domestic violence
In the framework of its “Family Crime Prevention” project, the PCUz developed a toolkit for the judiciary on the methodology of working with victims of domestic violence and with potential offenders to protect the rights of victims to handle domestic violence cases more efficiently. The toolkit determines what domestic violence is, what its specific signs and patterns are. This toolkit covers international standards and national legislation to counter domestic violence, women's access to justice and specific court cases along with international good practices on tackling domestic violence. Available in Uzbek and Russian languages.
