OSCE Presence organizes study visit for Albanian officials to Italy’s 41-bis facilities

From 5 to 9 December 2022, the OSCE Presence in Albania organized a study visit for Albanian officials to the Italian special detention regime 41-bis facilities. The visit was the first of this kind in Albania, following the introduction of the special regime in 2020 based on the model of the
