OSCE and EU Delegation in North Macedonia launch project to monitor trials of corruption and organized crime cases

SKOPJE, 28 July 2021- The OSCE Mission to Skopje launched an EU-funded project to support a more effective administration of justice by monitoring trials on corruption and organized crime cases in North Macedonia. This three-year project is part of a regional initiative implemented by OSCE field operations in Tirana, Podgorica, Skopje, Sarajevo, and Pristina.
OSCE organizes webinar on the role of men in promoting gender equality in border and law enforcement agencies

SARAJEVO, 26 July 2021- The OSCE Mission to BiH, the Office of the High Representative, the EU Delegation to BiH, the Embassy of the United States of America, and the Embassy of Sweden strongly support the relocation of a destroyed armoured personnel carrier in the Maglaj municipality, which has recently been made into a monument to fallen soldiers and civilians of the Ulišnjak local community.
OSCE Mission launches EU-funded regional project on trial monitoring of organized crime and corruption in Kosovo

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo and the European Union Office in Kosovo organized an online event on 21 July 2021 to launch a three-year EU funded regional project on “Supporting a More Effective Administration of Justice in Corruption and Organized Crime Cases in the Western Balkans through Trial Monitoring”. Representatives of civil society organizations and journalists attended.

STOCKHOLM, 19 July 2021 — The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs Ann Linde announced today the appointment of Ambassador Mikko Kinnunen from Finland as the OSCE Chairperson’s Special Representative in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group. Ambassador Kinnunen will take up his new position upon the departure of Ambassador Heidi Grau, who currently holds the position and will leave her duties on 31 July.
OSCE Presence, Italian Anti-Corruption Authority start work to enhance capacities of Albania’s Supreme State Audit Institution
