The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1132 on the agenda for the 2014 Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (Italy-European Union, interpretative statement 1; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 2; Ukraine, interpretative statement 3; United States of America, interpretative statement 4). Concerns regarding the increasing threat to the OSCE area posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). Abduction of a police officer, Mr. E.
