OSCE Panel of Adjudicators
The OSCE Panel of Adjudicators hears final appeals brought by OSCE officials against administrative decisions related to their employment at the OSCE. The Panel of Adjudicators is composed of a maximum of six adjudicators, who are jurists or persons of high standing with experience in the field of labour law or international or national civil service law. The adjudicators are appointed by the OSCE Chair from a roster of candidates nominated by the participating States for a renewable period of 3 years. The sessions of the Panel of Adjudicators are held in Vienna. Each appeal is examined by a panel of at least three adjudicators in accordance with the procedure set out in Article X of the OSCE Staff Regulations and Staff Rules, the Terms of Reference of the Panel of Adjudicators and the Rules of Procedure of the Panel of Adjudicators. The adjudication decisions are final, and binding within the OSCE.
