OSCE workshop on rehabilitation for victims of torture: Outcome report on discussion and recommendations
The OSCE workshop, held in October 2016, aimed to explore the current and potential role of the OSCE in assisting participating States in implementing their obligation to provide rehabilitation to victims of torture and other ill-treatment. It was jointly organized by the OSCE German Chairmanship 2016, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the Convention Against Torture Initiative (CTI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
