Organized by
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is organizing a meeting between prosecutorial and investigative bodies in Ukraine and in other participating States on the topic of ensuring accountability for violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law in Ukraine. The meeting aims to identify need for support and room for co-operation to ensure accountability. The meeting will also include representatives of international organizations and civil society.
OSCE Participating States have committed to ensure respect in all circumstances for international humanitarian law (Helsinki 1992, Budapest 1994) and to hold individuals personally responsible for war crimes and violations of international humanitarian law (Stockholm 1992).
