Central Asia Youth Dialogue Forum ‘Youth for Prevention of Organized Crime and Corruption’ - Call for Applications

Are you aged 18-25, passionate about building safer, more resilient communities, and eager to take action against organized crime and corruption in Central Asia? Are you interested in developing and pitching your own project ideas to international donors supporting youth-driven solutions?
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is inviting youth from across Central Asia to participate in a regional dialogue forum titled ‘Youth for Prevention of Organized Crime and Corruption’. The forum will take place from 13 to 17 October 2025 in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan and will bring together up to 25 young people to discuss pressing security challenges across the region, engage in interactive learning sessions and develop youth-driven solutions for building community resilience to crime.
Why participate?
- Build your skills – Participate in interactive sessions on organized crime and corruption prevention, youth education, social media’s role in youth crime prevention and project development and pitching.
- Make an impact – Help design youth-led initiatives promoting integrity, rule of law, and crime prevention in Central Asia.
- Expand your network – Connect with like-minded youth and experts working on the youth, peace, and security agenda across the region.
- Enjoy fully covered participation – OSCE will cover travel, accommodation, meals, and materials for selected participants. No registration or participation fee applies.
Who can apply?
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18-25 by 12 October 2025;
- Be a citizen of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan;
- Be fluent in English (no interpretation will be provided);
- Have experience or strong interest in organized crime and corruption prevention;
- Be active in their community and interested in regional youth co-operation;
- Be available to attend the full event in person.
