The OSCE released two reports analyzing the human rights findings of the Kosovo Verification Mission (October 1998 to June 1999) and the Mission in Kosovo (June to October 1999), compiled from thousands of interviews and hundreds of documents.
They provide a grim and powerful picture of Kosovo during the period of the NATO air campaign against Yugoslavia and the period when more than 800,000 Albanian refugees returned.
