For the first time in 10 years, the people of Kosovo went to the polls to decide on local leadership in municipal elections organized by the OSCE.
After months of preparation and hard work, the elections took place without any major incident. People started lining up as early as 7:00 a.m. and voter participation reached an average of 79 per cent.
